A Weeknight Favorite That Tastes Like Sunday Supper
Hi friends — welcome back to Dinner with Mom.
Some meals just feel like a hug in a bowl, don’t they? This Turkey Stroganoff Recipe is one of those recipes. It's creamy, hearty, and loaded with nostalgia — like something Mom would’ve whipped up on a chilly evening, with just enough leftovers for lunch the next day.
We’re swapping out the usual beef for ground turkey here, which lightens it up without losing an ounce of flavor. Everything cooks in one skillet, and the sauce? Buttery, tangy, and oh-so-satisfying.
Why You’ll Love This Recipe:
One-skillet meal for easy cleanup
Comforting & creamy but made with lighter ground turkey
Ready in under 30 minutes — perfect for busy nights
Mom’s Tips & Twists:
No sour cream? Plain Greek yogurt works in a pinch.
Stretch it: Add a handful of frozen peas or mushrooms for extra veggies.
Leftover magic: This reheats beautifully — just add a splash of broth or water to loosen it up.
